Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 21, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Bvcxsool ("we", "us", "our") handles information when you visit bvcxsool.online to browse and play our collection of instant-play browser games. It applies to every page on the site.

What we collect

  • Messages you send us. When you email us, report a bug, or leave feedback, we receive whatever name, address and text you decide to include.
  • Standard server logs. Every web server records the same basics automatically: your IP address, browser and device type, the page that referred you, which pages you opened, and when.
  • In-game data. Where a game keeps a score, an unlocked level or a settings choice, that is normally written to your browser's own storage rather than sent to us — see the section below.
  • Cookies. Used to remember preferences, measure how the site is used, and support the ads that keep it free.

You never need to create an account to play a game here, and we never ask for card details or ID.

Where your progress actually lives

Most games save your score or unlocked content directly in your browser, using local storage. That information sits on your own device — we don't receive a copy of it, and clearing your browser data or switching devices will reset it. A small number of games may work differently; if so, that game's own page will say.

Why we collect it

  • To serve the pages and games you request.
  • To see which games get played, so we can add more titles people actually want.
  • To answer support emails and act on abuse or bug reports.
  • To spot scripted abuse, scraping and attempts to overload the site.
  • To run advertising and measure how it performs.

Cookies, in plain terms

Some cookies are needed just to make the site function and to remember your settings. Others count visits in aggregate for our own analytics. A third group belongs to our advertising partners. Your browser lets you delete or block any of these; blocking them won't stop games from loading, but some preferences may stop being remembered.

Advertising

bvcxsool.online carries ads, including ads delivered through Google, which is how the site stays free.

  • Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to this website or other websites.
  • Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to users based on their visit to our site and/or other sites on the Internet.
  • You can turn off personalised ads at Google Ads Settings, and manage other vendors' advertising cookies at aboutads.info/choices or youronlinechoices.com.
  • Ad partners may set their own cookies or similar technology that we don't control, and this policy doesn't cover how they use it.

Games from outside developers

A share of the titles on the site come from independent studios or from game-distribution networks rather than being built by us. When one of those games loads, it may pull its own resources or set its own cookies under that provider's terms, separate from ours. We pick providers with care but can't inspect every line of a third party's code.

Analytics

Aggregated, non-identifying reports on traffic and popular titles help us decide what to build next. These reports describe patterns across many visitors, not any one person.

How long we keep things

Server logs are kept briefly for troubleshooting and security, then removed or stripped of identifying detail. Emails are kept only as long as it takes to resolve what you wrote in about.

Your rights over your data

If you're in the EEA or UK, GDPR gives you the right to ask what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict certain uses, or withdraw consent. California residents have similar rights under the CCPA/CPRA, plus the right not to be penalised for using them. Reach us at privacy@bvcxsool.online and expect a reply within 30 days. We never sell personal data.

Younger players

The site isn't aimed at children under 13 and we don't set out to collect their personal information. If you think a child has sent us any, email privacy@bvcxsool.online and we'll remove it.

Keeping things secure

We take reasonable steps to protect what we hold, though no online system can promise perfect security.

If this policy changes

Updates get posted right here with a new date at the top. Using the site after a change means you've accepted the new version.
